I had an incredible stay at a beautiful old palace. The room was spacious and decorated with a Renaissance feel, truly giving me a unique experience. The breakfast included in the price was phenomenal, with a wide variety of delicious food. The staff, including the owner Daniela, were fantastic and provided great service. The location of the hotel was also excellent, directly across from the Medici palace and close to the center of this city.

This place was absolutely amazing! the staff was super friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. the location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from all the major attractions. the rooms were beautifully furnished and well-maintained, and we even had our own coffee and tea station in the room. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

That the valet parking system was a bit confusing and we had trouble getting in touch with them upon our arrival. It would have been helpful if there were clearer instructions on how to use the service.
